Informal photography means that I will take pictures of the two of you, together and with your friends and family, after the ceremony is complete. I am by no means a professional photographer but I have extensive experience using my Konica Minolta DiMAGE Z2 digital camera to take both posed and candid photographs that help to capture and enhance the memories of very special events like yours. The unedited digital photographs will then be burnt to a CD and promptly mailed to you.
CONSULTATION MEETINGS
Clients are free to contact me at any time and as often as they wish with regards to plans and preparations for their ceremony. I firmly believe that communication is a vital element to the success of all things in life. Therefore, I place no limits on the amount of e-mail or telephone support and consulting available to my clients. There is, however, a $50 fee associated with any in person face-to-face consulting and planning sessions.
To be sure, if you wish to get together in-person to discuss your ceremony and get a better feel for my personality and our potential relationship before you commit to your choice of officiants, there is no fee associated with such a meeting.
REHEARSALS
No matter the size or formality of your event, I strongly recommend that you hold a rehearsal for your ceremony. This is especially true for ceremonies with 6 or more participants (including the couple themselves).
Ceremony rehearsals are primarily conducted for those in the processional and recessional and not necessarily for the officiant, so it is up to you whether or not I am there. If you choose to self-conduct your rehearsal, feel free to request a complimentary .pdf of my personal rehearsal guide if you feel that will be of use to you or whomever will be in charge.
If you do choose to have me present at your rehearsal, please plan that with me as soon as you make that decision. Also note that my presence at a separate rehearsal for the ceremony on the day or evening before the service does require an additional $100 fee, and a $50 deposit is required to reserve and book the rehearsal date for you.
TRAVEL POLICY
Travel beyond a thirty mile radius from my home (as approximated in the map to the right) is subject to an additional charge of 50 cents per mile. This applies to travel to and from consultations, the ceremony, and the rehearsal. Travel beyond a 100 mile radius or for two consecutive days may require arrangements to be made for overnight lodging. Any overnight lodging required will be billed at cost.
